I'm not sure if this would be the place to ask this (please let me know if I should post it elsewhere!) but has anyone ever had an item get lost on the way to the warehouse before? I bought a Nine Muses album though Zenmarket and it still hasn't arrived at the warehouse yet. It's been about a month since I bought it. I even had a package that I made with purchases after that album and it has already arrived at my house and yet the album still isn't even at the warehouse. I'm not sure if I should wait longer or what~ Have you contacted them about this issue already? I'm not sure it takes this long, tbh. Did you noticed if perhaps the option of the domestic shipment was free? Some free shipping methods are untrackable, domesticly I mean.If not, than perhaps see if the seller you've bought had any issues granted on their feedback pages >.< I'm not much of help, but from afar, I think that's what you can do EDIT: Does someone know how long can a package remain at Zenmarket warehouse without any extra costs? I know FJ alows it to stay at least 30 days since the first package arrived there, and they have this countdown which is awesome. But idk about zenmakert and I couldn't find this information?

andreaastarr the longest anything has ever taken for me to get to the warehouse without an outside issue is 3 weeks. i recently had an item that i bought right after christmas that hadn't arrived for a month after the estimated date, so i contacted the zenmarket customer service and they then contacted the seller only to find out he had accidentally forgotten to send them the item. there is a chance you might have encountered a bad seller, but it could end up being a situation like mine. the zenmarket staff are very helpful though, so i would contact them first and see if they can resolve it. dokyungsoo it's 45 days free, then every day after that is 50 yen per item per day. they used to have it posted in an easier place on the website, but they've moved it to the user agreement page under number 11

dokyungsoo wonho Thank you both!! I wasn't sure if I should wait a little longer until I contacted them but this definitely helped. I contacted them and apparently it's on backorder even though the page stated that they had ready availability

So i bought a couple things BIN on Zenmarket to test if I'm gonna switch over to it beause FJ is just getting too ridiculous with their charges now and I was wondering I've bought something how long should I be waiting for it to chance from awaiting buying to bought?
I bought something just after it same day and that's already changed to bought a couple of days ago.
Also when is the domestic shipping paid? Is it the same as FJ and you pay wfor it when you ship internationally or is it before? I only asked because one of my things turned my deposit to -200 yen which i figured was for that items domestic shipping. So i added an extra 200 yen which obvs turned the deposit balance back to 0 yen.
I'm just finding it all a little confusing to get my head around compared to FJ so if anyone can give me some pointers that'd be great.

doodlebug I'm not sure about the status of awaiting buying/bought, I think it just depends on the seller how quickly things get organised with bank transfers and stuff? As for the the domestic shipping, it comes off your deposit automatically. You can use the payments tab in the My Account section to keep track of all the payments you've made - whether it be item prices, domestic shipping fees, and even later for your international shipping etc I like the way it's set up, very similar to a bank account statement! Hope this has helped a bit!

doodlebug As yongfwa said, the domestic shipping comes off your deposit automatically, which can be a little out of control if you had saved up for bidding on another auction or just for charge 2. But regardless this bank trasnfer method, their fees are almost nonexistent which I think is awesome? I think I might do an overall on zenmarket just like the old/new fj above. If someone wants to add something up. Edit: Here's some of the things to consider on using zenmarket. I didn't do a comparision with FJ because I wanted it an easy guideline of zm. If anyone has something to add, please feel free to point it out!

As nanakim have previously stated, they include tracking number even on the cheapest shipping methods.Their costumer service is quick and they have all the information you need on the site. They let you edit the value of the item to be shown outside your package and there's a little box if you have any other request while filling the form for international shipping. - Btw, besides YJA, does someone uses another shopping site to buy this via proxy sites?
