Since the main post is gone, I decided to recover it. Click here for the original thread.
This list is a compilation of all known and reported scammers and time-wasters. Listed here are scammers emails, SNS accounts (ex., Tumblr, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook), and names and locations given by each scammer. Also listed are individuals that have been banned from the Forum, and why they were banned (i.e., scamming, scamming attempt, impersonation, etc.).
Please avoid doing business with those listed here at all costs. However, scammers are sneaky, and frequently close their accounts only to open new ones under a new name, so please be cautious. If you have even the slightest feeling that the person you want to trade with or buy from is a scammer, it is sometimes best to not take the risk, and wait until someone you know is a trustworthy trader or seller gives you an offer. If you ever do get scammed--or if you have been scammed in the past--by someone, please post their name, location (city and country ONLY), SNS information, and emails so that we can add them to the list.
PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM SOMEONE IS A SCAMMER WITHOUT ANY PROOF. If you have been scammed, or if a friend of yours has been scammed, please post here a detailed account of what happened (items involved in the transaction, amount of money lost if it's a sale, dates the trade was sent, and, if possible, any copies of e-mails or messages you feel comfortable providing). Information is key to keep from accusing someone who may very well be innocent of scamming. It's just as unfair to accuse someone without providing any information as it is to scam someone. Please keep this in mind! Details can be posted here or messaged to an admin (moderator hyoyeon handle all scammer complaints, and edits to this thread).
Note: Some of these accounts may no longer be active, or may have been deleted, since a lot of scammers like to change SNS frequently to avoid being caught. Accounts are all in ABC-123 order. Some individuals have multiple accounts, so please take note of all of them in case they reuse them in the future.

TIME-WASTERS: The only thing lost with these people was time; no money or items were lost. These people are NOT necessarily scammers, however, deal with them at your own risk.
POTENTIAL SCAMMERS: These individuals are suspected of scamming, but there is not a lot of evidence against them, or the evidence is circumstantial, and just hunches. However, while they are unconfirmed scammers, there is enough suspicion around them that we advise you to not do any sort of business with them.
OTHER/PROBLEM SELLERS: This is a list of any sellers that have had reported incidents/issues in the past. These issues/incidents were NOT incidents of scamming, but rather issues with: communication, shipping times, packaging, and damage present on items.
Supplements: supplements lists of scammer SNS and emails

Note about posting addresses: If you know a scammer's address, you may list the city, state (if applicable), and country of residence in your scamming complaint, but please refrain from publicly posting their entire home address! If you would like to make sure the address is on record, please PM moderator hyoyeon , and we will check the scammer's address list. If the address is not included, and that individual turns out to be a scammer, it will be added to the private list for future reference.
If you would like to verify that the address you have is not a scammer, please also PM hyoyeon with the address of the individual in question, and they will check it and verify it for you! You may also share addresses with one another privately--but please do not post addresses out in the open! In most countries, doing so is illegal, and could get you into trouble.

- @suju_Wifey (sends items out to buyers, and buyers never receive them. Offers to group order, but never sends out the individual orders, or if she does, it takes months to reach the buyers. One buyer waited 3 months for some CDs, and even after the buyer re-gave their address to @suju_Wifey, the buyer never received their items. Location: United Kingdom.)
Former Forum Members:
- bobaprincess /decembergirl1212 ("Jessie Wang"; traded an A-Pink Une Annee card with another member. Jessie claimed she'd received the card directly from the album, but when the other member received it, it turned out to be one of the fakes that had been popular on eBay a while back. All moderators agreed the Une Annee card was a fake. Later tried to rejoin the forum under a different username, @bobaprinces, and bypass the moderator ban. While she may very well be legit, she never contacted moderators to contest her case, and instead chose to try and sneak past the mods, which is disrespectful, unacceptable, and deceitful. Location: Canada.)
- danioell ("FJ Chua"; was banned after it was discovered he was helping scammer CJ Icarangal scam forum members. Also lied about identity several times, and let other people use the account. Likes to reserve many things, but does not always pay for them. Has had successful transactions on Instagram (seolhyxn) over the past year, but deal with at your own risk. Location: California, United States.)

TIME-WASTERS: The only thing lost with these people was time; no money or items were lost. These people are NOT necessarily scammers, however, deal with them at your own risk.
The other mods and I (hyoyeon ) have decided that the Time Wasters section will now only list individuals who have been reported to have multiple incidents of time wasting. It is unfair to hinder someone's name due to a one-off offence, especially when they could have a legitimate reason for doing so. You are still welcome to report incidents of time wasting (with unjustified reasoning) to hyoyeon , however they will not be added unless they have multiple complaints against them. Thank you!
- Celine Heckmanns (Facebook) (asks sellers to reserve a lot of rare and expensive items for her, and then takes weeks to months to pay for the items, and doesn't always pay every seller. Backed out of a transaction with one seller after having that seller hold an item for them for over 2 months. Location: Germany.)
- ChowYeen LoveAin'tLust (Facebook) (huge time-waster; frequently reserves items from buyers, and then never pays or takes months to pay. Claims she can only pay via CC or Western Union/wire transfer. Location: Singapore.)
- Jewel Luwan (Facebook) (reserves multiple items from multiple sellers; tells them all different days that she "gets paid" [ranging from Monday to Friday], and asks them to hold items. Later cancels on several sellers, or doesn't say anything to others, and never pays. When confronted, says she's having "card troubles" and can't pay. Asks to wait a bit longer. However, she claims to be 13 years old [it's illegal for 13 year olds to work in the US], so there's no way she has a job or a bank card. Definite liar and time-waster. Avoid at all costs. Location: Texas, United States.)
- lorraine_duhaut (Instagram)/Loréna Duhaut/Lorraine Victoria Duhaut (Facebook) (Asked to trade with a forum member, but when the card arrived, said that she had found someone else to trade with and was going to send the card back. This person lied about sending their card, so I ask that people avoid doing business with this person. Location: Paris, France.)
- LuvsKpop756 (YouTube) (makes sellers reserve items for extended periods of time and never pays.)
- Zoe Low (Facebook)/zoelow1216 (Instagram) (reserves items, and takes forever to pay, if she actually pays for them. Huge time-waster. Location: Singapore.)
- 2210pumpkin (YouTube) (backs out after trade confirmation and address exchange; makes a lot of excuses as to why they haven't mailed out their part of the trade.)
- Nam Woo Hyun/Maisyah (FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM) (Instagram account: syeoluv.store, Facebook account: Nam Woo Hyun; Though this person has been reported to have successful transactions previously, it was found that Maisyah was advertising fake photocards for sale on Facebook, and even threatened a Forum member when she posted a warning to other collectors. Maisyah also claimed that she was selling them for a 'friend' and never had them in her possession, though it was found that was lying and they indeed did belong to her. (The fake photocards were returned to Maisyah, so that is why she is under the 'potential scammers' list.)
- Sonexotix Pinky (FACEBOOK/EBAY) (eBay account: k-collection11; posting supposedly autographed albums for sale; however, it is believed that the albums are not legitimately signed by the artists. Example: a forum member sold this person Naeun's NoNoNo JP album with CD plate. Later, they listed the item on their eBay account, and it was suddenly autographed, even though it was not when it was sold to them by the forum member. eBay account and Facebook pictures of items for sale match, therefore linking the two accounts together. FB username: sone.pinky. Location: Malaysia.
- 송중기 (Song Joong Gi) (FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM) (Instagram account: pinkinfintus; believed to be another account of CJ Icarangal's. Selling similar items that CJ was selling previously [SNSD The Boys cards and SJ-M Swing cards], and also talks in a manner similar to CJ. Flips back and forth between selling to PH buyers only and selling worldwide. Uses different names, including the following: Christian Oquendo, Jasmine Villegas. FB username: pinkinfintus. Location: Philippines.)
- sunnymeal (TUMBLR) (This account is believed to be linked to or behind the recent Tumblr scamming accounts: 4091235h, rosaasar, anchellee, dollieemilk, lisakworld (who was also active on Instagram under same name) and kpopstatic/19a43092. sunnymeal was selling similar items (primarily BTS, with some iKON, EXO and others) that were found on the scamming account kpopstatic. A document was made which you can read here, which explains everything about this user in much more detail. I advise that you avoid doing business with this person. Location: Russia.)
- griterover (eBay) (not sure if they don't understand English or just don't want to talk to their buyers, but they never respond to messages; so if you have questions about items, they won't be answered.)
- taeeun (former Forum member) (Email: tarstruckrissa@hotmail.com/rissameowz@hotmail.com) Name: Nerissa Gett; Moderators have received SEVERAL complaints about this user, and as a result, all selling/trading threads have been locked, and we urge you not to do business with them.)
- baixns (Tumblr) (Email: summer61baek@gmail.com) This person was found to have sold fake photocards (Yeri and Wendy 'The Red') to a forum member, so they have been here as a precaution. If you choose to deal with this person, please take extra care. Location: Singapore)
