aegyochowa - the only way to cancel a transaction is have the seller send a cancellation request. If she still doesn't send you an invoice, all you can do is wait for the estimated delivery date to pass and open an Item Not Received "INR" case. :/

@addictedtoyouleesungmin Thanks, it sucks that I can only wait it out. I hope she's not the type to slam me with an Unpaid case but I mean, she's the one not responding to me. :/

aegyochowa - if she does that, try calling eBay and telling them the situation--that she claimed to send a revised invoice due to shipping, and never did so. Of course, if she wants you to pay more, you could just go ahead and pay it. Especially if they open the case. If they have to eat some of the shipping costs, well that's on them because they couldn't get you a revised invoice. :/

@addictedtoyouleesungmin So I bought a photocard from someone in California and she still hasn't shipped it out. The last day of the estimated shipping date was the 4th and I messaged her a couple of days ago but she hasn't responded. Should I go ahead and open a case? I mean I understand that some people can't get on eBay everyday but this is kinda ridiculous.

kpopnun - Are you also in the US? When was the date you purchased the item? eBay gives you up to 30 dates after the estimated delivery date to open a case now (new rule). I'd say if they don't respond by Wednesday, open the case. If you messaged her over the weekend, some sellers don't even log on to eBay then. Who is the seller?

kpopnun I've dealt with them before! They're really nice, so if it's taking them a while, something must be up. ; I don't remember if they were very slow with shipping or not, but I would keep poking them until they answer.

levelgrind It seemed like she had really good ratings that said she shipped fast and had great communication so that's why I've been hesitating to open a case. I'm glad you've dealt with her before. That makes me feel a little better.

kpopnun - I've dealt with them myself. A case may get their attention, but I didn't have any issues with my transaction. I wonder if they're just busy with maybe school or something? Idk, but a case opening may be required if this continues. :/ Per eBay new rules though, you do have 30 days after the last expected delivery date to open a case.

levelgrind i dont think this is the right place. but i dont know where else to ask. im sorry in advance. i have a problem regarding ebay and paypal. i made a payment through ebay. while i was pressing the comfirm button, ebay showed an error button. but i received a message in my phone that it was charged, and i checked my bank account and it was charged too. but in ebay it said i havent paid. and when i checked my paypal account there was also no transaction made. so i waited a few days. and ebay kept asking me to make payment as it passed 3 days since the bidding ended. so i made another transaction, and this time it passed through. i received emails saying i paid, 'payment paid' in ebay and there is a transaction in my paypal. but in my bank account its as if ive made a double transaction so its like double the amount. i asked the seller if there was a double transaction made, but he said no. so im really worried since its quite a decent amount of money for me. i hope for your help if you can. thank you so much.

Dookong418 Is it listed as 'pending?' Or is it completed? You may need to call your bank to recover the money. I have no idea how to do it. ;;

thelimlight I have no idea. Mine are always taken out immediately. eBay's fees you pay at the end of the month, but Paypal should take them immediately.

Around 1 month ago, I won an auctions from a seller in China. I always pay immediately when I won an auctions (just a few minutes or 1-2 hours after I won). But after 2 weeks, those seller disappeared, not listing as a seller on ebay So I contacted ebay and I got my money back after 2 days. idk why those seller suddenly disappeared Fortunately I bought through ebay, so it's safe
