also the information in the girl's day thread is up to date, just some of the links are broken. i would personally put them, dal shabet, and rainbow under the disbanded groups section.

doodlebug Do we want to start marking any group that hasn't had a release in x years as disbanded/completed regardless if they have officially disbanded or not? If they release something in the future we can always have the thread updated. If so, how many years? I can start updating the tables based on that. Then we can work on getting anything missing for those groups and marking them as completed. Excluding the groups where the solo activities are being added to the thread (ex. B.A.P, Wanna One) Also Donghan's thread can be archived. I have all of the information on the JBJ thread

sugakookiejongtae yeah we can mark them as completed. I dunno how many do you think is reasonable? 2/3 years? I’ll get the other threads sorted when I’m on my laptop later.

doodlebug I was considering making a contact list for thread owners compiling different social media tags.. I thought about it after digging to reach out to a couple of thread owners. It might be nice to have for mods to have to gently remind if something needs an update or to check in. I don't mind putting it together, but I didn't want to overstep

I don't mind putting it together, but I didn't want to overstep If we do make one, I can link it (or add it) in the table post so it is easy to update when the tables get updated. If that helps

I think 2 years is a good time frame (with the exception where the group is in the military). I will go ahead and start working on going through the groups. I will include digital releases in the 2 year calculation as they are still active in some way.

vixxnly here’s the thing. We have to be cautious of the fact that some members don’t want their other socials media accounts displayed elsewhere on the forum besides the intro thread or their profile. I’m in agreement about giving some people a little nudge every now and then however I don’t want it to become a thing where people feel like they are being nagged. We also have to take into consideration that some people have jobs and school and just because some of us have free time atm that doesn’t mean everyone else does too which I’m sure you agree with. Usually I do PM people if someone mentions to me to check in on someone. I generally think people are keeping their threads up to date in a timely manner but some might just need a reminder to do so. Like I said before I don’t want it to lead to a situation where someone feels like they are being nagged or cajoled into updating. Just some things to give consideration.

My intention was never to have it public, it was only a consideration for mods to have the list as something to have if things go out of the way for an extended period. This was not an intention to rush people, or not consider real life concerns. If you're worried about it being something bigger than just a way to check in with people then I won't do it. I was just considering it after the TXT thread owner being online within the last few months, but outside of sending pms on the forum proper there's no way to check in on them, but considering how quickly I was about to contact the jisung thread owner through twitter it seemed like a decent idea. Sorry.

if you're unable to get in touch with the thread creators, i could make new threads for dal shabet and girl's day so they can be marked complete for now?

Sorry. No I totally see what you are saying. I didn't assume that you meant it wasn't going to be made public so my mistake. It's just in the past we've had members get a bit arsy with us about having their socials posted and I didn't want a repeat of that. I've usually said to people who've contacted me via PM to check with the original thread creator and if they can't get hold of them on here to try looking on their profile for another social they can try, As I said I think most people who've taken over threads recently are fairly consistent with coming on and updating. It's just the older threads we may have issues contacting those OPs.

I need some feedback. I am looking at combining all of the tables (except the dups table) in the table post and have done a mockup for how the new layout would be, but I would like opinions on it before I make the change. It is in the spoiler tag under "Ignore - Testing a new format" Please let me know what you think of it. The duplicates table will still be separate as that is purely to help doodlebug As several groups are going to be moving to the disbanded section (name will be updated to inactive/disbanded section), I thought a new format might be in order.
