gotseven I recently had a problem with the seller eiqiwo. He told me there is no tracking for my order. If I quote exactly what he said: i aleady sent.(not tracking number) because,I pay a lot of taxes. you have to not add taxes. I paid. and you don't worry about shipping. Will be delivered safely. if you cant received item,I'll sent again. you understand to me? Sorry slow to answer. thanks I was like "Excuse me?? What taxes are we talking about? I paid $8.50 for shipping and there is no tracking??". So I wrote to him explaining what he is saying is nonsense and if he won't give me a tracking number, he should refund the extra money I paid (I wrote these in Korean because I felt like he wouldn't understand me if I wrote in English). So he said he would refund $2.00 back (which he did) but the rest was tax, packaging and other expenses. So I let it go. I didn't get the package yet so I don't know if it will have anything missing, hopefully not.

kendisi - they probably are talking about the eBay/PayPal fees sellers have to pay. Which can be a little ridiculous. If he doesn't have a power seller account, he loses 10% of the winning cost to eBay. And he loses a portion of shipping fees to PayPal as well, so he doesn't receive the full $___ USD you paid for shipping. "Shipping costs" also typically include the costs needed for packaging supplies ("handling" charges). This goes for most sellers. I've never had an issue with not getting one of their packages so I don't think you need to worry about that. Jonghyun - You can open a case if the item isn't marked as shipped. Some sellers don't mark items as shipped--but it doesn't mean that the cards weren't shipped. When I bought things from grapemusiccd once, they never marked the items as shipped but they were shipped the next day (according to the stamp when I got it). Watch the estimated delivery dates. You can open a case up to 30 days after the last estimated delivery date now (ebay changed it from the original 45 days after payment).

addictedtoyouleesungmin Thank you for your explanation I read the message about handling costs sent as a moderator announcement few days ago and I sell stuff on ebay from time to time. So I am aware of the extra charges. If I sell something, the amount I get when ebay and Paypal fees are extracted equals to (total amount paid by the buyer)x0.83 - $0.30. I know the seller doesn't get around 17% of the selling price. But people who bought from eiqiwo stated that he sends the products with a tracking number but my order didn't include one. So I feel that I've been overcharged for the shipping. My main problem is feeling that I've been treated unfairly not that losing a few dollars. That's why I wrote to the seller, to let him know it's not okay.

kendisi - actually, I believe paypal fees are 2.9% + $0.30 USD. If it's a merchant/business account, I think the percentage is different. Maybe 2.5%? They're the same for eBay because eBay actually owns PayPal. That's why they want everyone to use it. XD Power sellers pay less than 10% to eBay, and the exact percentages depend on category, and probably seller feedback..... I personally don't care about registered because I'm never home to sign for the packages (since I work all the time) and this have to have them redelivered, and half the time, USPS doesn't scan them anyways so I never know anything past "origin post is preparing shipment." I'm only miffed about shipping if the seller charges some ridiculous amount (like $8 USD) and my item comes in a plain envelope with a $1 USD stamp on it or some crap like that.

kendisi ive bought from eiqiwo twice and never got tracking on both. at the last purchase, the cards didnt arrive even after a month so i asked for tracking and they told me to wait for a few days first and offered refund instead. but the cards have arrived safely by now EDIT: eiqiwo does charge quite a lot for shipping... and the combined shipping doesnt help much >< once i bought few cards and the shipping is three times the value of the cards itself ㅠㅠ

@topsecret9389 is such a shitty seller, It's been a month and they haven't shipped out my Taeyeon card. I've messaged them more than 4 times and they won't reply. Looks like I'll open a case tomorrow *sigh*

maya most of the cards seem legit and they do have good feedback however they always seem to have an awful lot of frequent auctions for some really rare cards i.e a lot of Key Lucifer KR's...that kinda puts me off buying from them just incase they are fake (who has that many Key Lucifer's?!?!) but then again I've never bought from them so who knows.

doodlebug A lot of Asian sellers buy over 50 Albums of groups to get into fan meetings, fan events etc. That's why they have a never ending stock of certain photocards. That's usually the main reason.

Jonghyun I know that but even so we all know how rare Key Lucifer KR's are...I dunno it just seems a bit odd to me. I'm sure other cards might be legit. Just my personal opinion.

doodlebug That could be true as well, but if someone's bought from the seller we can see if their cards are fake or not. I hope not though, they seem to have a lot of rare cards.

Jonghyun absolutely I'd be interested to see if anyone does buy from them and if they are legit or not. I actually just had a look at their Key Lucifer KR photo and I see no specks so my thought is if they are listing so many it's actually more than likely to be TW press...I've been looking around for a KR press one as it's the last one I need to complete my Lucifer KR set and I haven't seen one in a while on ebay.
