I'm confirming cookiezandcrumbz @tumblr as a scammer.

All e-mails were responded to via iPhone.
Supposed location: Bay Area, CA
Details:
- I contacted her re: OGS hoodie, and
after I sent payment, she told me she wouldn't be able to ship until the next month (about 2 weeks later) due to exams
which now I have zero sympathy for because at the time I had a midterm/final every single week and I still made time to go to the post office to mail things to people, even though it wasn't really finals-or-midterms-time-of-year -- which irked me b/c I asked her if it was okay if I either split the payment or sent it a few days later because I was waiting on a payment from a friend, and she insisted on me sending it that night wth
- I sent the payment via goods and services since her tumblr looked new and there was no info on her
- She claimed that she would mail it insured, but was unable to provide a tracking number once she said she shipped it
- I kept asking for photo or video proof, and she said she had video but couldn't figure out how to upload it (even though she could e-mail photos just fine...)
- She also offered for sale a signed copy of Infinitize, that her friend (supposed cousin to Woohyun's cousin, okay ._.) got signed at dinner after the San Jose OGS concert, BUT Namu's signature looked weird to me, and also, Yeollie's was the old one. Which doesn't make sense, because he changed signatures before Infinitize. I called her out on it and she said she didn't know, her friend got it signed for her. Since she stated that it was her extra copy because she asked her friend to get two albums signed for her, I asked for a photo of the two albums together, just out of curiosity, then she claimed the other one was at home and she was trying to clear stuff, something about starting college idk.
- I had to keep following up with her to see if she had shipped it, and 2 weeks after she claimed she did, I told her it still hadn't arrived (we're both US, it should not take more than 1 week >_>). She replied saying it got sent back to her and that she'd try shipping it out again.
- After badgering her some more, she finally sent me video proof --
of her dropping a poly mailer in one of the blue mailboxes and it had an entire book of stamps plastered on it. Okay, (A) wtf happened to insuring it, and (B) who in their right minds mails out a package that heavy with just stamps?? I could see my zip code on it, and it was the right size, so I don't really know how she faked it... maybe she knows someone who has access to that box and opened it up right after, who knows.
- Another 2 weeks pass, and nothing. I opened a Paypal dispute 2 days before the last day, because she stopped responding to me, and she immediately contacted me asking if I could close it (and then she started guilt tripping me, and apparently I'm too nice of a person ><). Then she claimed it got sent back to her AGAIN, and she'd send it out again, and that if I still didn't get it in 2 weeks, I should ask my PO about it, and if I still didn't get it, she'd refund me everything. At this point, I started getting really peeved, because how in the hell can I ask my PO about something that doesn't even have a tracking number?
Nevermind the fact that everyone at my local PO knows who I am because I get so many international packages that require signing for, and when I go to ship something, they'll tell me if I have something there. I asked her if she could mail it from an actual PO instead of dropping it in the mailbox with just stamps, and to add a freaking tracking number. But of course she didn't.
- I kept an eye on her tumblr just to see if there was any other shady business. A few weeks after marking the hoodie post as sold, she deleted it and a couple of her earlier photocard sale posts. I really wish I had kept a screenshot of everything, but I was too busy with classes at the time to really take a lot of care.
So, I do have written confirmation that she would refund me if I never received it. And believe me, I've been checking my mail for the past 3 months now, and there is no dark blue poly mailer containing a sweatshirt outside my door. Unfortunately, I can't take up the dispute with Paypal now, and I paid with my bank account instead of a credit card, so I can't ask for a chargeback either. There /is/ the possibility of it just being lost in transit or accidentally delivered to a neighbor... but I doubt it. She completely stopped all contact, so I'm SOL, which is on me, since I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
From what I can tell, she hasn't been active on tumblr recently, and still has a couple of her sales posts up, but she's deleted everything else.
This is kinda convoluted so I hope it makes some sort of sense
(And so now I really only trust people on the forum >< Thanks to the mods for trying to create a safe space for everyone! Y'all rock <3)
