Kairyu if its a recent purchase, I'd say you're pretty safe. since now she actually does send out cards, but it might get to you late? I'm not sure, I've never bought from her although we're pretty much friends. you could always message her and ask about it. I think now, she's more of.. a late sender/buyer? she takes time to pay and send cards, but from what I've heard from my friends, they do get their cards from her. so you should be safe! if it takes too long, just contact her and ask her about it!

jaebeom thank you! She sent me a pic of a post office receipt but you couldn't see the date on it. I asked for one where you could but she hasn't send one yet so I guess it wasn't the receipt of my cards T_T But well, at least they'll arrive

sunggyus I looked her up on Google and a Facebook profile showed up, which did have k-pop related likes but other than that it looks like the profile hasn't been used for 3 years (could be because of her FB settings though). You could try to ask her if she has Twitter/Tumblr/YouTube or ask if she wants to correspond via e-mail. That way you can look up the usernames/e-mail for feedback, which is easier than just having her full name, because usually people don't use that on other SNS.

sunggyus Hmmm I tried but I can't find anything on her other than the FB profile, sorry! I would advice you to contact one of the admins (I believe addictedtoyouleesungmin is the right admin to contact for these cases) and explain the situation as detailed as possible (so how you came into contact with her, maybe add e-mail correspondence, if it is a trade/sale/buy, which cards were involved etc.). I'm sure they/she would be able to help you further ^^

Kairyu she send something to Germany on the same day she send my cards, she send mine with tracking so I know for sure she shipped them on 18th February :')

It was actually a sale, she made partial payment & said she'll pay the rest in a few days (but it's been 2 months now ahaha) if not I can keep the partial payment (but it makes me feel kinda bad OTL) but i'll contact the mods if needed, just wanted to see if anyone knew her so i can contact her about the cards through other means  but thank you very much for your help once again!

pinkinfintus doesn't exist on instagram anymore.. i told her to hold an eunji card for me (contacted her on facebook) but when i wanted to pay, she never replied. not even now. and i was only holding it for 3 days which was strange.. i believe others never got their replies as well.

skylarxisheung I wouldn't buy from them! They seem a bit sketchy and they stole someone's photos recently and claimed it was theirs. They emailed me asking if I wanted to buy something and when I asked for more pictures they sent me one only saying they were too lazy to take the others...
