So I think I might start collecting T-ara star cards OTL this may be a bad idea hahaha ;; so I was wondering if they were out of print or anything like that? And where is the cheapest place to buy a set?

meivu Yeah I've seen SJ star card boxes on eBay and the shipping is a bit crazy lol I'm so tempted to buy star cards but they're so expensive  maybe one day! Oh have they stopped the free shipping now? Guess I won't be buying from them for a while haha

hyoyeon yeah i'm still not sure if i'm definitely going to buy them cos it is expensive  but I was gonna buy 2ne1's album and other stuff from yesasia so I might get it then, they still have free shipping but you have to spend over $39 OTL

meivu - BE WARNED ONCE YOU START COLLECTING THEM YOU CANNOT STOP. I've already bought 7 boxes and traded 3 times. I only need 130 more for my set. If you start collecting them, we can trade! ^^ Just don't order more than 5 boxes from YA..it seems that's the max they keep on hand. *responsible for completely clearing them out a couple weeks ago* But they've since got more in stock so I believe CCM is still allowing them to be printed. THEY'RE SUPER PRETTY. I'm going to do a collection video of mine once my two trades come in. :3 And then another after my two new boxes come in. XD

addictedtoyouleesungmin I was never interested in collecting star cards until a seller gave me some as freebies and now I really like them adaghjkasd OTL It's so expensive though ;; and then once i get one box i'll want another 400 cards is so many lol hahahha how many cards do you get per box? ahhh I want to buy so much at the moment (2NE1's album, more T-ARA photocards Bunny Style cards are the worst there are so many!!) and now Lead The Way has been released I really want Jiyeon/Eunjung/Qri photocards from that too (I bought two albums so hopefully i'll get at least one of them if not i'm gonna have to trade) ohhh I look forward to seeing your collection hehe do you have a youtube channel?

meivu - You get 60 per box, and each pack contains a type of rare (for T-ARA, there are three types: slim "name profile" rares, holo "bling bling" rares, and signature "lovely" rares). There's 28, 56, and 32 respectfully, and then 284 normal cards. :3 Out of five boxes I ended up with about 230/300 for non-doubles, and that's only because I owned a lot of HyoMin and BoRam cards before I bought boxes. I've traded for about 40 different cards since then, and I have still a handful of doubles but not too many. I spent an hour just opening each pack (I had 50 in total) and then 2 hours organizing and checking for doubles. XD I'll probably buy boxes for the rares until I pretty much only need 30 or less cards. (Because opening the packs is SO MUCH FUN) :3 And when my sets complete, all extras will be for sale (right now they're trade only). Heehee I need to make one. I had an old one but I don't remember the email or password I used, so I'll probably just make a new one. XD Hopefully I'll get my trades by the end of the week since post from Australia usually gets to me within a week and they shipped last Monday/Tuesday so~~~ ^^

addictedtoyouleesungmin ohh so in each pack you are guaranteed to get at least one rare card (slim, holo or signature)? and then the rest are normal cards? omg the opening of photocards is what I enjoy the most hehehe but when it's not the card you wanted it's so disappointing lol with my recent t-ara cd japan haul I got Soyeon in my Sexy Love photocard and cd plate and Roly Poly and she's not one of my biases OTL but luckily I got Jiyeon in both Bunny Style (i was so glad it wasn't a group card ugh i hate the small group cards cos it's so hard to see the members faces except YAYAYA which is close enough) and Lovey Dovey and Jiyeon is my first bias in T-ARA so i was SOOO HAPPY ^^ Ohhh ok tell me when you upload it! cos I would love to see your collection

meivu - That's right! In each of my packs, I got a type of rare card. ^^ It's not stated on websites, but that's what I observed from opening my 50 packs. (Gosh my other 20 packs can't get here soon enough....I hope I get more holos since those are my favs, and more normals so I can have more completed sets. :3) I've never bought a T-ARA album except HyoMin's Bunny Style. XD I focus on the cards first since I always have unlucky pulls when it comes to albums. But I only lack about 14 album photocards for T-ARA (including Lead the Way...HyoMin's omfg), so I think I'm doing pretty good. XD *sad that live-jp didn't list any LTW cards this time * My biases are HyoMin, Qri, and SoYeon. SoYeon looks so pretty in LTW...kinda reminds me a bit of J-Min (SME singer that promotes in JP). The small groups irritate me, which is why I don't spend a lot on them... I only need Treasure Box for the groups (excluding LTW), but someone on eBay wants $25 for it, and that's too much. I spent $19 on Jewelry Box only because I NEEDED to finish that set... I can't wait to film it. ^^ I plan on showing my album photocards too~. Next to my SungMin collection, I'm most proud of my T-ARA collection hehehe.

addictedtoyouleesungmin ohhh that's good that you are guaranteed to get rares  I only just started about a month? ago collecting T-ara cards but I'm trying to focus on Jiyeon, Eunjung, Qri and Areum ^^ but somehow i've ended up buying the whole set of BPBP all i need now is Qri's hahaha For the moment I decided not to collect Target/Number 9/QBS/Jewelry Box/Treasure Box cos they are too expensive/hard to find and i'm not a huge fan of the cartoons for Target but i'll probably end up collecting them someday hahahha I'm trying to get all my biases for Roly Poly, Lovey Dovey, Sexy Love and Bunny Style (whyyy so many cards for this album lol) and LTW ^^ and possibly YAYAYA as well but I already have Jiyeon's and I'm getting Eunjung's so I might just leave YAYAYA for the moment heheeh OHH J-min, she did a song for To The Beautiful You right? omg i love that song ^^

meivu - I started around...middle of last year...? It was before Bunny Style was listed. I bought most of mine on eBay. I got offers from tumblr users, but I prefer auctions since I can usually always get a better deal. Though I did buy a few sets/cards from some tumblr users... and probably made some angry because they offered cards, but I told them I found a better deal elsewhere... >.> That was a hectic time for me, and I wasn't the best as checking emails and stuff--working a lot of hours and trying to balance two jobs... glad that chapter is over though! I felt that way about Target, but I want a complete set of album cards so. XD I'm not willing to spent much on them, though, and trades are preferable if I get extras. :3 I'm so torn between buying some Number Nine/Target albums from YesAsia so I can get the 6 cards I need from them. But there's also star card boxes. orz. After I start my new job, my main focuses are going to be SungMin cards and T-ARA though, so hopefully I can fit some albums in there. XD I'll let you know if I get some bias cards. ;D I'll try not to sell them for a lot. Sexy Love was the first set I finished. ^^ I spent less than $10.50 on each card except JiYeon (of course lol). JEWELRY BOX TOOK FOREVER. ;A; But's it's definitely my favorite set for them, so I'm happy it's complete. :3 (a lot of the pics used in the OP of this thread are actually my collection photos lol... I need to add a watermark to them, but I've been so lazy XD) She did! I found out about her when she stared in Jack the Ripper with SungMin. She's amazing. Idk what SME is thinking, not promoting her in Korea....

addictedtoyouleesungminahhh you're so lucky to start before Bunny Style hahaha it's so difficult to find the cards, yeah maybe I should just buy sets of cards cos it might make it easier lol but sometimes its more fun to buy albums and get random cards but then i either end up with not my bias or doubles lol Jewlery box cards are so hard to find as well maybe because it's expensive to buy the album ;; ohh i have to listen to more of her songs heheheh

meivu I started to collect Jiyeon, Areum, Soyeon and groups bunny style cards one month ago and I'm only missing Jiyeon type C, Areum limited and type B and group limited, I decided to collect all so late and Eunjung bunny style limited card was so hard to get while I completed Boram, Qri and Hyomin so fast but Eunjung LE card omfg I even traded my own Hyomin sexy love for it :/ is better to buy the albums, specially if you want to collect the CD plates, I collect the albums too so I prefer to buy the albums and later trade/sell them if I don't the card I already have and they if I need buy or bid for the cards I'm missing, I started to collect T-ara cards late febreary 2013 and I always try to not over spend money (I want to cry because I won Jiyeon LE bunny style card for more expensive than I sold her before :/ I regret it)
