I hate to do this and was waiting quite a while before I resort to this, but I am afraid that I have to say something about our fellow forum member: taeeun

On January 29th, she messaged me about me purchasing Suho NR Ver.2 Lipbalm and Photocard and paid for him on the 31st of that month.
Today it is March 30th, It has taken her more than almost 2 months to send it out to me and continues to postpone.
As I stated earlier-- I don't like to complain, but this is just too much... I message her and continue to ask about it but she always says she'll send it out soon or that it was holiday so she couldn't.
On March 9th, she said she finally picked up the lipbalm set from her post office and I paid her for registered shipping.
On March 21st, she told me she was going to send it the next day and was going give me my tracking number but hasn't done so and I messaged her today again. I really hope that she send it out soon since this HAS been out for pretty long time. Just want to let you all know this,
There is poor communication and is very slow at replying to my messages, she is taking a long time to ship my already purchased items out, and poor customer service.

suihrene - you are not the only one having issues. There are two other existing complaints--one was eventually addresses d and the other + yours have not been addressed yet (at least not fully). If you don't mind, please PM me and/or the other mods so we can come up with a solution.
